The Busan Women and Family Development Institute conducts support, consultation and research to establish the fundamentals for the expansion of a gender equality culture within the city’s administration.

Main Functions

Korean language education and support programs for the early and stable settlement of married migrants in Korea
Formation of an environment in which migrants advocate self-pride and may feel that they are a part of Korea
Formation of programs to help migrants execute their duty as a woman and a mother
Operation and policy development of support programs for the realization of a multicultural society
